Donors enable
capacity-building
for our partners
Our capacity building activities are sponsored by donors, and are also funded through a share of the profit earned by GCPF. Donations and capacity building projects are managed by our Technical Assistance Facility, which operates separately from GCPF and is overseen by an independent Technical Assistance Committee.
Donors
Our Technical Assistance Facility is currently funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK). With its International Climate Initiative, BMWK promotes climate protection projects in developing, newly industrializing and transition countries.
Our Technical Assistance Facility also periodically receives a share of the profit earned by GCPF.
Former Donors
Our Technical Assistance Facility has previously received funding from the Austrian Development Bank OeEB, the German development finance institution KfW on behalf of BMWK, and the UK’s Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ)
