Partner events
GCPF Academy
The bi-annual GCPF Academy aims to showcase the power and potential of climate positive investing. It’s hosted in Zurich, Switzerland, and offers participants a week-long program of workshops, inspiring impact cases and site visits.
Academy participants get immersed in topics varying from the benefits of building and scaling their green portfolios to managing reporting challenges, and communicating sustainability. Many of the sessions are led by representatives from GCPF partner institutions who share their challenges and innovations with their global peers.
Global Climate
Partnership Awards
We offer an annual award program that is intended to recognise the exceptional efforts of one of its investees in developing and / or implementing climate positive lending programs in their own markets.
The Award winner and runner-up receive a financial prize, but all participants typically gain access to resources such as webinars, online learning resources, and 1:1 coaching support as part of their participation.
Regional Workshops
We organize regional workshops that bring our partners together at a regional level to learn and exchange knowledge, typically in groups of 20 – 40 participants. The small group size enables a high level of interaction among participants, as well as tailoring of the program to address regional challenges.
Partner Resources
We provide you with a variety of learning resources and tools, including, among others, our proprietary in-house carbon emissions reporting tool, and various tools to support you in understanding and managing E&S Risks.
Our events and resources are typically made available through our donor-funded Technical Assistance Facility and are developed in close collaboration with our Investment Teams and in-house Climate Advisory Team, based on the needs of our partners.
